After payment: private chat setup
After payment, each customer should receive a private one-to-one communication space. This page is prepared for a Custom Chat website flow, or for connecting WhatsApp, Discord, or Telegram through an external tool or plugin.
Private customer chat after payment
Each confirmed booking can be connected to a unique private chat link for that customer only. HaruFriend is prepared for Custom Chat on the website, or for WhatsApp, Discord, or Telegram handoff through a plugin or external booking tool.
1. Payment confirmed
The payment gateway returns the customer to the confirmation page.
2. Unique chat link
A private customer-only chat link can be generated by the connected chat or booking tool.
3. One-to-one contact
I can then contact the customer directly in the selected communication method.
